Job Responsibility/Summary
Provide direct and specialized administrative support for the Sales Team.
Essential Functions
- Support sales by completing daily reports based on sales and customer needs
- Monitor all orders delivering to ensure accuracy and that they are ready to be invoiced.
- Monitor rejections and process paperwork to ensure order is invoiced accurately.
- Complete all scanning of invoices and other supporting documentation.
- Process various reports and disseminate findings as appropriate.
- May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the administration of projects as required.
