Job Responsibility/Summary

Provide direct and specialized administrative support for the Sales Team.

Essential Functions

  • Support sales by completing daily reports based on sales and customer needs
  • Monitor all orders delivering to ensure accuracy and that they are ready to be invoiced.
  • Monitor rejections and process paperwork to ensure order is invoiced accurately.
  • Complete all scanning of invoices and other supporting documentation.
  • Process various reports and disseminate findings as appropriate.
  • May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the administration of projects as required.
