Wada Farms has been growing world famous Idaho potatoes since 1943.
Our select chipping potato varieties used for these products are chosen based on their taste, texture and most importantly fresh-cut frying characteristics.
These potatoes are round chipping white potatoes that have high solids and low sugars so that they don’t fry too dark. Popular with many food service customers wanting to provide fresh-cut potato offerings.

Appearance: Sizing can range from small to large, round in shape, and yield a rougher skin appearance with brown netting. Interior flesh is creamy white.
