Our yellow potato program continues to increase in demand each year. We grow some of the best aesthetically and quality performing yellows in the country. Our focus is to yield a yellow potato that has a smooth skin with a golden buttery flesh.
Appearance: Sizing can range from small to medium, round or slightly oblong in shape, and yield a smooth, thin skin that can be light tan to golden. Interior has a golden, buttery flesh.
Texture: Velvety, moist, smooth, and creamy.
Flavor Profile: Yellow potatoes have a subtly sweet, rich and buttery flavor.
